It took me 2 hours, but I eventually got a scan done as requested. Unfortunately 3 minutes was not long enough to work out what I needed to get done. See link below and attached screenshot.

Ok Thanks. 

I will connect to the server again and run a scan do double check I can get it done within. I have kept my install reverted to the older version of CS1.6 so that I can run these scans in future quicker and whilst connected to the server as well.
