banned for no wargod need help

Hi i just got banned cause i couldnt do the scan and i get that, but i got the connection error to the server the whole time which i have a picture of with time stamp of. but then i did the "Temporary fix for "We encountered an error while trying to communicate with server!": 1) Run command prompt or powershell as admin

2) Copy-paste the following commands:

thing and the scan went through but i didnt get anything after, when i came back i was alreday banned i guess i wasnt fast enough for the 5 minutes i got to sort things out[img]/emoticons/2.gif[/img] 

i enjoy your server so it would be a sad day for me to be banned just because my lack of tech skills ;/

well moon told me to change to legacy beta for the wg to work because of  i ran cs on steam normally it didnt work so i had to quit cs and start in lagacy mode beta and it had to download it first  so i guess it maybe took too long for doing the scan counter the request. thats my guess though
