[ZM] - Regulament STAFF / STAFF Rules

Regulament Admini - ZM.CS1.RO (Romana)⚙️ Reguli pentru Comenzile Zombie Plague (amx_)Reguli generale pentru comenzi:

• ❌ Este interzis să folosești orice comandă Zombie Plague (amx_nemesis, amx_assassin, amx_sniper, amx_survivor) în primele 10 runde ale hărții.
  
  
• ❌ Este interzis să folosești amx_sniper sau amx_survivor după ora 22:00 (ora serverului / noaptea).
  
  ✅ Excepție: Numai Founder / Owner / Co-Owner pot, dacă este necesar.
  
  
• ✅ Limită per admin: Maxim 2 moduri Zombie Plague (amx_nemesis, amx_assassin, amx_sniper, amx_survivor) pe zi (24h), fie pentru tine, fie pentru a le oferi altui jucător.
  
  
• ✅ Nu ai voie să dai același jucător mai multe moduri pe aceeași hartă.
  
  
• ❌ (amx_zombie / amx_human / amx_respawn) → Maxim 1 dată pe hartă, doar dacă este activ pe server și doar în mod normal infection.
  
  
• ✅ Dacă oferi unui jucător un mod, nu mai ai voie să-i dai alt mod în aceeași hartă.
  
  
• ✅ (amx_jetpack) → Maxim 2 utilizări pe hartă (dacă este activ pe server).
  
  
• ✅ (amx_jettoall) → Maxim 1 utilizare pe hartă (dacă este activ).
  
  
• ✅ (amx_giveap) → Interzis dacă jucătorul are peste 120 ammo, sau dacă tu (admin) ai peste 100 ammo.
  
  Maxim 1 utilizare pe hartă.
  
  
• ✅ (amx_allammo) → Max 100 ammo per jucător, o singură dată pe hartă.
  
  
• ✅ (amx_points) → Max 50 puncte, și o singură dată la 24 ore (pentru tine sau pentru un jucător).
  
  
• ❌ Orice admin care încalcă aceste reguli → Avertisment → Suspendare → Remove, în funcție de gravitate.
  
  

Reguli pentru Ban / Destroy / Eliminate

• ❌ Este interzis ca un Admin să dea ban altui Admin (Moderator sau rang superior).
  
  
• ❌ Nici Managerii (Co-Owner și mai sus) nu pot da ban altor Manageri/Admini.
  
  
• ✅ Doar Founder / Owner / Co-Owner pot aplica sancțiuni după ce Adminul a fost demis și a devenit player.
  
  
• ✅ Comenzile de tip ban (amx_ban) sunt permise doar împotriva foștilor admini sau a jucătorilor care încalcă regulamentul serverului.
  
  
• ✅ La fel se aplică și pentru comanda Destroy / Eliminate.
  
  Numai Founder / Owner pot folosi aceste comenzi.
  
  

️ Reguli pentru Vote Map

• ✅ Discută cu jucătorii înainte de a începe un vote map.
  
  
• ✅ Verifică /lastmaps înainte de vot.
  
  Hărțile din /lastmaps nu pot fi votate din nou.
  
  
• ✅ După un vot automat al serverului, întreabă jucătorii dacă vor să rămână pe hartă sau să schimbe.
  
  
• ❌ Nu schimba harta la întâmplare, doar prin vot oficial.
  
  
• ✅ Nu face voturi la mijlocul hărții!
  
  
• ✅ Prima prelungire → Fără vote map.
  
  A doua prelungire → Obligat să faci vote map.
  
  

Reguli pentru Manageri (Co-Owner și superiori)

• ✅ Ține deschise topic-urile pentru (cereri admin / cereri tag / rapoarte admin) minim 12 ore, maxim 24 ore.
  
  
• ✅ Orice adăugare / upgrade / downgrade / remove trebuie anunțat pe forum.
  
  
• ✅ Numai Founder / Owner pot modifica grade la nivel de Co-Owner sau superior.
  
  
• ❌ Încălcarea acestor reguli → Suspendare / Remove.
  
  

Reguli Generale pentru Admini (Moderator și superiori)

• ✅ Folosește comenzile amx_ în primul rând pentru a ajuta jucătorii, nu pentru tine.
  
  
• ✅ Toate ban-urile trebuie postate în lista de banuri pe forum.
  
  Dacă nu postezi → 1 avertisment → La recidivă: 5 zile suspendare.
  
  
• ✅ Citește tot regulamentul! Necunoașterea regulilor nu te scapă de sancțiuni.
  
  
• ✅ Păstrează parola admin doar pentru tine! Numai tu și Ownerul trebuie să o știți.
  
  
• ✅ Trebuie să fii activ pe minim 2 platforme (Discord / Forum / WhatsApp).
  
  
• ✅ Încălcarea regulilor → Avertisment / Suspendare / Remove.
  
  
• ❌ Nu cere upgrade direct Managerilor fără să respecți procedura → Suspendare / Downgrade / Remove.
  
  
• ✅ Upgradările se fac doar după discuție prealabilă cu staff-ul.
  
  
• ✅ Adminii pot primi upgrade doar după minim 3-4 săptămâni de la ultimul upgrade.
  
  
• ✅ Când propui un upgrade, verifică: activitate pe server și forum, comportament, loialitate, implicare.
  
  
• ❌ Vote Pro/Contra fără motiv → Avertisment / Suspendare.
  
  

⚠️ Comportament în Joc pentru Admini

• ✅ Începe slap la 2:29, freeze la 1:29, slay dacă continuă să campeze.
  
  
• ❌ Nu folosi comenzi (amx_) pe alți Admini.
  
  ✅ Doar Founder / Owner / Co-Owner pot sancționa alți Admini.
  
  
• ✅ Doar Founder / Owner / Co-Owner pot rămâne Spectator permanent.
  
  Restul pot sta AFK doar când fac demo-uri pentru dovezi.
  
  
• ❌ Nu folosi amx_nemesis / amx_assassin / amx_survivor / amx_sniper dacă un jucător are peste 180 ammo.
  
  
• ✅ După ce folosești (amx_nemesis / amx_assassin), nu mai ai voie să cumperi alt mod în aceeași hartă.
  
  
• ❌ Nu spama "y + @" (mesaje globale server-wide).
  
  Maxim 2-3 ori pe rundă, doar pentru anunțuri importante.
  
  
• ✅ Nu cere Jetpack sau Admin Password de la jucători.
  
  
• ✅ Respectă toți jucătorii. Fără insulte, nici măcar în glumă (ex: noob, idiot etc.).
  
  Jucători → Gag/Ban | Admini → Suspendare/Remove
  
  
• ✅ Numele de pe Forum și Server trebuie să fie același.
  
  
• ✅ Adminii inactivi care stau AFK toată noaptea → Vor fi penalizați.
  
  
• ✅ Ex-adminii care se întorc după absență trebuie să refacă cererea, nu primesc gradul automat.
  
  
• ✅ Pentru upgrade trebuie activitate și pe Server și pe Forum, nu doar ore pe server.
  
  
• ✅ Este obligatoriu să ai dovezi (demo / screenshot) pentru orice ban sau destroy.
  
  
• ❌ Nu da parola de admin altcuiva!
  
  Conectarea de pe IP necunoscut → Suspendare 1 săptămână + Remove.
  
  
• ❌ Conținut politic care deranjează gameplay-ul → Sancțiune.
  
  
• ✅ Maxim 4x Multi Jumps per jucător (inclusiv VIP).
  
  

️ Reguli pentru Adminii Reveniti (Legend / Fost Staff după Absență)Pentru a-ți recupera gradul:

• 7 zile → 300 minute pe zi
  
  
• 10 zile → 250 minute pe zi
  
  
• 14 zile → 200 minute pe zi
  
  

✅ După recăpătarea gradului, ești obligat să rămâi activ!

Admin Rules - ZM.CS1.RO (English)⚙️ Zombie Plague Admin Commands (amx_)General Command Rules:

• ❌ Do not use any Zombie Plague commands (amx_nemesis, amx_assassin, amx_sniper, amx_survivor) during the first 10 rounds of the map.
  
  
• ❌ Do not use amx_sniper or amx_survivor after 22:00 (server time / night time).
  
  ✅ Exception: Founder / Owner / Co-Owner may use if absolutely necessary.
  
  
• ✅ Limit per Admin: Maximum 2 Zombie Plague mods (amx_nemesis, amx_assassin, amx_sniper, amx_survivor) per 24 hours for personal use or for giving to players.
  
  
• ✅ You cannot give multiple mods to the same player on the same map.
  
  
• ❌ (amx_zombie, amx_human, amx_respawn) → Max 1 use per map, and only during Normal Infection mode (if these commands exist on your server).
  
  
• ✅ After giving a player a mod, you cannot give them another mod that same map.
  
  
• ✅ (amx_jetpack) → Max 2 uses per map (if enabled).
  
  
• ✅ (amx_ammo) → Not allowed if the target has more than 120 ammo or you (admin) have over 100 ammo.
  
  Max 1 use per map.
  
  
• ✅ (amx_points) → Max 50 points, and only once per 24 hours (whether for yourself or for giving to players).
  
  
• ❌ Breaking any of these rules → Warning → Suspension → Removal, depending on the violation.
  
  

Ban / Destroy / Eliminate Rules

• ❌ Admins are NOT allowed to ban other Admins (Moderator and above).
  
  
• ❌ Co-Owner and other Managers also cannot ban each other.
  
  
• ✅ Only Founder / Owner / Co-Owner can take disciplinary action after demoting an Admin first.
  
  
• ✅ Ban commands (amx_ban) allowed only against ex-admins or regular players breaking server rules.
  
  
• ✅ Destroy / Eliminate commands (if available) → Only Founder / Owner can use.
  
  

️ Map Voting Rules

• ✅ Always talk with players before starting a map vote.
  
  
• ✅ Check /lastmaps before voting.
  
  Maps from /lastmaps cannot be voted again.
  
  
• ✅ After an automatic vote, consult with players whether to stay or change map.
  
  
• ❌ Do not change map randomly, only through a proper player vote.
  
  
• ✅ No map voting in the middle of the map.
  
  
• ✅ First Extend → No map vote allowed.
  
  Second Extend → Map vote is required.
  
  

Manager Rules (Co-Owner and higher)

• ✅ Keep admin requests / reports / tag requests open minimum 12 hours, maximum 24 hours.
  
  
• ✅ All additions / upgrades / downgrades / removals must be posted on the forum.
  
  
• ✅ Only Founder / Owner can modify ranks at Co-Owner level and above.
  
  
• ❌ Violation → Suspension / Removal.
  
  

General Admin Rules (Moderator and above)

• ✅ Use amx_ commands mainly to help players, not yourself.
  
  
• ✅ All bans must be posted on the forum ban list.
  
  Missing bans → 1 warning → Next time: 5-day suspension.
  
  
• ✅ Read the full Admin Rules, ignorance is not an excuse.
  
  
• ✅ Keep your admin password secure! Only you and the Owner should know it.
  
  
• ✅ Stay active on at least 2 platforms (Discord / Forum / WhatsApp).
  
  
• ✅ Breaking rules → Warning / Suspension / Removal.
  
  
• ❌ Admins who spam Managers for upgrades without proper reason → Suspension / Demotion / Removal.
  
  
• ✅ Upgrades are allowed only after prior discussion with staff.
  
  
• ✅ Admins can be upgraded only after 3–4 weeks from the last upgrade.
  
  
• ✅ Before suggesting an upgrade, check: server and forum activity, behavior, loyalty, involvement.
  
  
• ❌ Pro/Contra votes without a reason → Warning / Suspension.
  
  

⚠️ In-Game Conduct for Admins

• ✅ Start slapping campers at 2:29, then freeze at 1:29, then slay if needed.
  
  
• ❌ Never use admin commands (amx_) on other Admins.
  
  ✅ Only Founder / Owner / Co-Owner can take action against Admins.
  
  
• ✅ Only Founder / Owner / Co-Owner may stay Spectator permanently.
  
  Others can AFK only for demo purposes (e.g., catching cheaters).
  
  
• ❌ Never use amx_nemesis / amx_assassin / amx_survivor / amx_sniper if a player has over 180 ammo.
  
  
• ✅ After using (amx_nemesis / amx_assassin), you cannot buy another mod that map.
  
  
• ❌ Do not spam "y + @" (admin global message).
  
  Limit: Max 2–3 times per round, only for important announcements.
  
  
• ✅ Do not ask for Jetpack or Admin Password from players.
  
  
• ✅ Respect all players. No insults, even as a joke (no "noob", "idiot", etc).
  
  Player insults → Gag/Ban | Admin insults → Suspension/Removal
  
  
• ✅ Your Forum name and Server name must match.
  
  
• ✅ Inactive admins AFKing all night → Penalty.
  
  
• ✅ Returning ex-admins must reapply, no automatic rank restoration.
  
  
• ✅ Rank upgrades require both Server and Forum activity, not just playing.
  
  
• ✅ Proof is mandatory for all bans and destroy actions (demo, screenshot, etc).
  
  
• ❌ Never share your admin password!
  
  Logging in from an unknown/new IP → 1-week suspension + Removal.
  
  
• ❌ Political content that disturbs gameplay → Punishable.
  
  
• ✅ Max 4x Multi Jumps per player (VIP included).
  
  

️ Returning Legends (Ex-Admins After Absence)To get your old rank back:

• 7 Days → 300 minutes daily
  
  
• 10 Days → 250 minutes daily
  
  
• 14 Days → 200 minutes daily
  
  

✅ After regaining your rank, you must stay active daily!
