I joined server now , i played less than 2 minutes .. i killed Pensia Admin 3 times in that 2 minutes ,, he banned me reason SGS !!!

Also , i am admin and he's admin .. how he can ban me because i killed him !?

First of all, don’t twist the facts or bring up old warnings just to justify your actions. I joined the server, played just two rounds, and killed you — then suddenly I got banned.

It’s obvious the ban was because you got upset over getting killed, not because of any actual SGS. You banned me instantly before even verifying if I was doing anything wrong.

And let’s be clear — you’re an admin, and so am I. According to the server rules, you’re not allowed to ban another admin like that without proper evidence or going through the right channels.

This was a personal move, not a professional one, and it clearly violates your authority. If you care about the integrity of your position, then act like it and follow the rules instead of abusing your powers.

• No twisting of anything - you know very well you are not allowed with this and continued to do it (on and off, not always)
  
  
• You didn't kill me at all, I just joined the server, saw you do it and then moved to spectator next round & recorded the demo I uploaded.
  
  
• I banned you because I told Dani the other day about this that you still ignore the rules (including jumping on the map on dustyaztec, apart from the SGS) and he told me if you do it again to ban you. I didn't do it on my own - I simply told him that you continue to disregard server rules and his advise (as one of the server owners) was to ban you if you do it again. If I was "abusing" my powers, it would have been a longer ban - it was only for 60 minutes to raise your attention
  
  

I like, though, how you say nothing about the demo and the clear evidence that you ignore the server rules.
