[ADMIN RULES]I. Map Change

You are NOT allowed to change the map without a vote – Sanctions start from a verbal warning.

You must consult with other admins before initiating a vote – Sanctions start from a verbal warning.

You must include at least three maps in the vote – Sanctions start from a verbal warning.

Maps from /maps (the last 5 played maps) are excluded from voting (except between 01:00–10:00 AM) – Sanctions start from a verbal warning.

Between 01:00–10:00 AM, you are responsible for keeping the server populated by using any suitable map depending on the number of players – Sanctions start from a verbal warning.

During the night program (01:00–10:00 AM), admins must not change the map or time limit. This program includes:

Starting from 01:00 to 04:00, keep classic maps as long as an admin is present.
After 04:00, the next map must be de_dust2 until 11:00.
After 11:00/12:00, normal map change rights resume.
Sanctions: 3-day suspension, -1 rank, or even REMOVE.

Voting should be done only in the last 10 minutes of the map – Sanctions start from a verbal warning.

After 23:00, awp maps are excluded from voting – Sanctions: access suspension.

II. Command Usage

Do NOT swear in public chat (say/say_team) – Sanctions start at -1 rank.

Do NOT ban without stating a reason – Sanctions start at -1 rank.

After 01:00, you may NOT kick players/admins for AFK unless another player wants to join – Sanctions: verbal warning / suspension / -1 rank.

Change the nick of players with long/inappropriate/symbolic names (~@#%&.^$) using amx_nick (e.g., to KISS.CS1.RO) – Sanctions start from a verbal warning.

The banlist is mandatory – every permanent ban must be posted on the forum with evidence. No proof = REMOVE!

III. Temporary Bans

Use amx_ban "name" "time" "reason" for temporary bans.

Gag for 3–29 minutes those who insult players/admins depending on the offense. If they retry, ban them for 30–120 minutes – Not following this = 3-day suspension.

IV. Permanent Bans

Ban by STEAMID and IP:

Use: amx_ban "name" "0" "reason", then amx_last → amx_addban "name" "IP" 0 "reason".
If the player left, use: amx_addban "nick" "STEAMID or IP" "0" "reason".

All permanent bans must have proof (demo or screenshots) kept for 14 days – Missing = -1 rank.

Do NOT ban by IP class – Result: REMOVE.

Permanent bans are given for:

Any kind of cheats.
If the player is a confirmed cheater previously banned.
Serious insults toward the staff or server.

Only ban if you own the proof – Asking another admin to ban = -1 rank (unless you’re a Founder/Co-Founder).

V. Nicknames & amx_say

Use your assigned name only. Must be easily recognized by other admins – Penalty: 1–3 day suspension.

Do not use amx_say/csay/tsay for personal use – Starts from verbal warning.

Do not use amx_say more than 3 times in a row – Verbal warning.

VI. Login Credentials

Do NOT share your admin access (nick/pass/Steam) – Result: REMOVE.

Do not share your CFG unless you've removed any setinfo _pw entries that may expose your credentials.

If you forget your login, ask a Founder to resend them.

Founders/Co-Founders with FTP must not share server/forum passwords – Violation = REMOVE.

VII. Admin Activity

Admins must be active both on the forum and the server.

Admins must stay informed of server rules/plugins/announcements – Sanctions: warning/suspension/remove.

Admins must upload screenshots to imgur.com or postimage.com – Verbal warning if neglected.

VIII. Rule Violations

Do not abuse admin commands – Punishments apply based on severity.

Admins must remain impartial and ensure fair gameplay – Favoritism = -1 rank.

Be a role model for all players!

No admin-to-admin fights – If there's an issue, provide evidence to a Founder – Penalty: from -1 rank.

Admins must not use commands on each other – Violation = -1 rank.

You must read the forum at least once daily.

Congratulations! If you’ve read this, you’re one step closer to being admin!

Between 01:00–10:00, do NOT kick bots, regardless of player count – Penalty starts at -1 rank.

Keep language clean in all chats (server + forum) – Starts from verbal warning.

If you return after leaving the staff, you’ll rejoin as Super-Moderator/Admin regardless of previous rank (at discretion).

You must stay on our TeamSpeak (TS.CS1.RO) in the KISS channel while in admin role – Violations = warning/suspension.

IX. Rights

Admins have the right to be informed.

Admins have the right to express themselves.

Admins have the right to make their own choices.

(Answer with this when asked "Did you read the rules?" in admin applications.)

X. Obligations

If a player reports a potential cheater, you must investigate – Sanctions: from verbal warning.

Respect fellow admins and players.

If you're gone for more than 5–6 days, post your absence on the forum – Failure = sanction.

Follow the guidance of higher-ranked admins.

Maintain a positive and fair environment.

You must reply to unban/reports against you within 24 hours – Sanctions: warning/-1/suspend/remove.

Higher-ranked/older admins must help new ones and not criticize them.

Do not question commands from other admins, especially Founders. Report via PM with proof – Penalty: warning/-1/suspend.

If you suspect an admin is cheating, do not confront them. Record a demo and report it to a Founder.

Admins may request the Staff Only password and check the private section regularly. (/pass in chat)

XI. Other

Any sign of indifference from admins is punishable – Verbal warning → REMOVE.

If a Founder sees cheaters and active admins who do nothing, all will be punished – Warning / suspend / -1 rank.

Ignoring Founder/Co-Founder instructions = Sanctions from verbal warning onward.

Rules apply to everyone – No exceptions!

WarGods is banned!

Admins must be active daily, bring new players, and promote the server.

Promotions are decided only by Founders based on merit – No discussions allowed.

Offensive language, insults, and slurs towards admins or other players are forbidden.

Rebuying weapons or grenades is NOT allowed – Only purchase once per round.

If gagged, don’t harass admins via say_team @ – Sanction: warning/10 min ban.

If you retry to avoid a gag, you’ll be banned for 120 minutes.

Do NOT use nicknames with:

Insults
Obscenities
Server/forum ads
Offensive websites

(kick/20 min ban)

Aliases, ESL models, or anything that gives you an advantage is strictly forbidden – PERMANENT BAN.

Refusing PC checks by authorized watchers = PERMANENT BAN.

Double jump is allowed only where you’re visible (e.g., dust2 T base box), but NOT where it gives unfair wall-glitch or hidden advantage –

Punishment: 1–5 slays → kick → ban (5–10–30 mins).

Advertising other servers/websites/obscene content is banned – warning → kick → temp/permanent ban.

Cheats, hacks, helper CFGs are strictly prohibited – PERMANENT BAN.

If an admin takes screenshots, you must provide them upon request.

Recommended upload: [imgur.com/upload] – Share the link on the server or TeamSpeak.

Admins with watcher/founder rank may check your PC upon suspicion – you must cooperate.

Report cheaters via say_team @ message or press U + @ –

Public chat reporting will likely get you gagged!

If no admin is online:

Record a demo: record name
Post on forum in [RECLAMATIONS] titled [ban request] player_name.

On bomb maps, Ts must attempt to plant – staying in base is NOT allowed. CTs are free to defend or push.
