Farewell [MoonWatcheR]

Hello everyone,

Most people here know me well. They know how friendly and user-oriented I am. I joined the staff with thoughts of conversation, friendship, and community — and I’m leaving with the same mindset.

When I first came to this server, it wasn’t the gameplay that caught my attention, but the sincere and vibrant community atmosphere. I was about to quit the game entirely, but this server gave me a reason to stay. Unfortunately, I can no longer see that same sincerity. Please don’t take my words as an insult — these are just my honest thoughts.

As for the reasons I’m leaving:

1) Due to unnecessary plugins and settings added recently, we’re no longer able to satisfy users — even most staff are unhappy.

I prepared a list of things that should be added or removed and sent it to you via JOHN. However, nothing on that list was taken seriously.

Things like: users not being able to pick up the AWP, VIPs already gaining +10 HP per kill yet also receiving random +20 HP or +30 armor, certain users carrying both AWP and XM, XM having more than 7 bullets and killing with one shot, or vips flying like jets with 400–500 FPS airstrafe — these are serious issues.

Since I lost the list I sent to JOHN, I'm trying to briefly write down what I remember:

1) An FPS limiter plugin that caps the maximum FPS to 200 in order to prevent SGS and fast airstrafe. Players exceeding 200 FPS should either be slayed or kicked automatically.

2) A user suggestion: Making the AWP available in the shop for everyone for $16,000.

Also, regular users should be able to pick up AWPs from the ground. Fast scope can be disabled for regular users, but at least they should be allowed to carry the weapon.

3) Change the jump ability to a maximum of 2x jumps for VIP Diamond and 1x jump for VIP Titanium.

Remove additional random VIP rewards such as +20 HP or +30 armor.

4) Disable manual activation of the Free VIP plugin by admins. Instead, create an automatic Free VIP system that activates during night hours (e.g., 01:00–08:00). This system should grant VIP Titanium, not VIP Diamond, to everyone.

5) Assign only one character skin per VIP tier.

Add one unique skin for VIP Diamond and another for VIP Titanium. This would make VIP Titanium more appealing as well.

6) Reward any player who reaches Global rank before the Top15 reset with VIP Titanium for 15 days or 1 month (duration can be flexible).

Currently, the rank system serves no real purpose. At least this way, players who spend a long time on the server and reach Global rank would feel appreciated.

7) Add the /isik (brightness/light adjustment) plugin commonly used on Turkish servers, which allows each player to change their own brightness settings.

We can modify the Turkish texts and localize it for the server — for example, change /isik to /light.

8) Remove the ability for players to use dual weapons (via /xm).

If rate settings won’t be adjusted, then shotguns and similar weapons should be restricted.

VIPs already have enough advantages, and allowing dual weapons only worsens the imbalance.

Considering how frustrating it already is to get one-shot killed with a shotgun under the current rates, having two of them makes it unbearable.

9) The criteria for becoming an admin should be stricter.

Admin rights should only be given to empathetic and competent people.

Even if someone pays for admin, their behavior in the server should be monitored for a few days to ensure they meet the standards.

10) Expand the map pool to prevent repetitive and monotonous gameplay.

There’s a lot more nonsense, but this isn’t the only issue.

2) Selling admin rights to anyone for 10 euros has led to incompetent and unempathetic admins who try to assert dominance over users.

An admin’s duty is to help and maintain balance, not to show off.

Even though I’m good with the AWP, I often choose rifles to keep team balance. Sometimes I even play badly on purpose just to keep the server active. But when someone donates, they’re allowed to do whatever they want, even insult users — and the only consequence is a simple "WARNING."

You know what I mean.

3) Neither staff nor user suggestions are taken into consideration. Management seems to run things according to their own preferences.

Admins don’t build relationships with users — they just ban and change maps.

If you're in a position of authority, you must listen to your players. If not, downfall is inevitable.

Throughout my time on this server, I’ve always tried to help everyone.

I created guides for those unfamiliar with Wargods, helped users by connecting to their PCs and fixing issues, and offered settings to those who wanted better performance.

If more staff had this level of care, we could’ve solved many of these problems easily. But sadly, that wasn’t the case :)

By the way, if you find it appropriate, my Wargods guide can remain on the forum. You’re free to copy all the assets from the guide. Hopefully, it will still help someone.

Anyway, I don’t want to drag this out longer. I’m officially resigning from my position.

Every tale has an end, and ours has arrived. I want to express my gratitude for all of the days and nights I spent watching you play, for everything you did for the server, and for your kindness and tolerance with everyone. You are one of a kind, and this server's players will undoubtedly remember MoonWatcheR. For those who are unaware, this topic also serves as my farewell to this community because I have left server. I wish everyone success and hope that the leaders will make the necessary improvements. It was nice to be here.

You are two of my favorite people on the server. I always enjoy playing alongside you and even against you, as we have had some great times, but in the end it is your decision and I accept that.
