unban request + no patience + disrespectful admin

Hello im khaled from mix 1.6.

im from israel and ive played mix there daily. couple of my friends began to play here such as fjlcz and edward. so i came around to play here. also in israel mix we run gameguard anti cheat while playing.
well ive played for a couple of days and after 1 match Antrenorul messages me on ts3 something in romanian ( i guess) gotta mention that i say i know only english in match and in my name *khaled (eng)*
i told to him i dont know romanian than he said something about send me wargod. i ask him what is wargod i dont know in a respectful way and the first thing i see is im banned in both cs1.6 and teamspeak i proceed to add him on steam and after checking in google i understood what he meant by wargod so i sent him the scan. after this he just didnt reply to me. ( i leave screenshot below) thankfully Vasc accepeted my friend request and told me to appeal here. with all the evidence both fungun and wargod so il post them here aswell.
but its not nice as a non romanian player and speaker that i get no patience from an admin when i ask him something and i just get insta ban without knowing what to do or get any help. i hope soon i can unban and if i need to provide more info i will im not cheating.... Thanks in advance. Khaled.
